How To Use
1. Gently Trim & Buff Nails
Cut and shape your nails using the nail cutter.
Then buff the nail surface and edges into your desired nail shape on first application using the large glass nail file. You can use the Quartz Nail File Pen when required to buff imperfections on-the-go. You do not need to buff before each application of the nail serum. Be mindful not to over-buff your nails.
2. Twist & Apply Serum
Twist the pen until you see the serum coat the brush.
Brush on The Nail Reset serum along your nail and across your cuticles. Recommended daily. For optimal results, apply 2-3 times daily, and anytime after wetting your nails (showering, washing hands, cleaning, etc).
3. Massage & Gently Push Cuticles Back
Massage into the nail matrix to support nail growth and strengthening at the source. Once cuticles are softened, gently push them back to enhance the appearance of full-length nails.

Yes, you can use the nail serum while having polish, gels, shellac, SNS or acrylics.
The nail matrix (the source of new nail growth) is located underneath your cuticle. You can still reach this area no matter what is currently on your nails. By massaging the serum into your cutcile, it supports the hydration of new growth under the nail.
Applying the serum to natural nails is an added bonus in supporting the health of the current nail, however the sweet spot we want to reach is the nail matrix for new growth, and this can still be achieved with pretty nails!
Can I use the Dual Quartz Nail File & Cuticle Shaper with nail polish, acrylics, gels, shellac or SNS?
Yes, you can use the Dual Quartz Nail File & Cuticle Shaper while having polish, gels, shellac, SNS or acrylics.
Although it's best suited for completely resetting your nails with buffing and cuticle shaping, you can absolutely use this tool to touch up and maintain your mani.
The quartz nail file can help touch up blemishes as your nail wears and chips over time. The Cutcile Shaper can help gently shape and push back cuticles if you'd like to reapply/touch up.

What is the return policy?
We hope you love your order, but if it’s not quite right, we’re always happy to help where we can.
Returns Policy
- For change of mind returns, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. You may be eligible to return your product for a store credit.
- Clearance items are final and not eligible for return.
- To be eligible for a change of mind refund, products must be sealed, unused and undamaged.
- Any damaged or faulty products will be replaced when reported to us within 14 days of receiving.
- Once we've approved your return, you will need to send the product/s back to us within 7 business days. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- Once we've recieved and validated your return, we will send you a store credit to your email used for the original order.
- We will endeavour to process your return as soon as we recieve your products. This process may take up to a week from when we recieve your return.
- If a single product from a bundle is returned, only the cost of that individual product will be refunded if damaged/faulty. Additionally, any free gift received with the purchase must be returned to The Nail Reset if the associated item or bundle is returned.
- To ensure your return reaches us, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't process refunds for items that are lost or not delivered to us.
